Why the name Quiet Waters Outreach?
The name Quiet Waters Outreach (QWO) originated from verse found in the 23rd Psalm, “He leads me beside quiet waters, He restores my soul.” Our mission is restoration and our source is God’s power; the name Quiet Waters Outreach perfectly assimilates the two and defines our ministry. Back to top
