"Love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your mind, and with all your strength. The second most important commandment is this: Love your neighbor as you love yourself. There is no other commandment more important than these two."
-Mark 12:30-31

Clinical depression among caregivers is quite common.  Caregivers may also face chronic stress, sleep deprivation, and feelings of isolation, frustration, anger or guilt. The following tips may be helpful to maintain  mental health:

1.  Take charge of your life.

2.  Be good to yourself.

3.  Watch for signs of depression.

4.  Accept help.

5.  Learn about your loved one's condition.

6.  Connect with others.

7.  Embrace new solutions.
