Come join Open Hearts Ministry on Sunday morning at ll:00 a.m. at Horizon Community Church for some Christian fellowship!  The mission of Open Hearts is to introduce individuals to Jesus Christ, share God’s love with people who have mental and/or physical impairments and enable them to become an active part of God’s family.

o      Open Hearts is designed for special needs adults of all ages, preferably teen age up, with both physical and mental disabilities. The classroom and bathroom are wheelchair accessible.

o      The purpose of our Sunday School class is to provide a special time and place where those with special needs can have fun learning about Jesus, make new friends, and enjoy Christian fellowship. 

o      Open Hearts is taught by four alternating teacher/helper teams.  Each volunteer either has a family member who has special needs or has felt led by the Lord to join this ministry. 

o      Anyone who comes to the class will find warm, accepting, open hearts and plenty of hugs.  Come and enjoy some crafts, games, singing, Bible lessons and most importantly the chance to grow spiritually.
