In January, QWO's Parent Support Group met with guest speakers Diann Drummond and Randy Fulgham to discuss the progress of Oregon's Universal Access Program, now called Self Directed Supports for Adults.  

Diann Drummond is the editor of the Oregon Clarion and one of the plaintiffs in the Staley v. Kitzhaber, a class action representing over 3,000 Oregonians with developmental disabilities which resulted in the development of Self Directed Supports.  Randy Fulgham is the director of Self Determination Resources, Inc., a brokerage organization serving Washington County people with DD.
